Description: This is a convincing image resembling a watercolor of a mystical courting scene with spirits of an Indian warrior and maiden, an eagle soaring between them, and three buffalo. A deer in the creek seems to see the warrior playing his courting flute. The warrior on horseback and the girl are from a single piece called “Love in the Wind”. The eagle is from another piece called “Where Eagles Pray”. The three buffalo are from three other works as well. Allen took this fall photo high in the Black Hills of South Dakota.
