Description: This wonderfully decorated paper sculpture is representative of a Plaines Indian hunting/war lance, complete with four large eagle feathers in front, and three smaller ones in in the back. The many rawhide wraps were composed tassels of trade cloth, leather and horsehair. The point was shaped from scavenged metal. Once again, Allen has captured the authenticity of this proud native culture.
