Description: This is the design Allen uses for many of his riders and “Warriors in the Wind” pieces. It has two large eagle feathers in front, with another small in the back. The many rawhide wraps were composed tassels of trade cloth, leather and horsehair. The point was shaped from scavenged metal. Once again, Allen has captured the authenticity of this proud native culture.
