Description: This is a mystical scene where the spirits of four Sioux mothers hold their infants up in a cradle board, while the image of a great Sioux Warrior appears in the sky during a majestic sunset. The piece was accomplished by Allen first photographing the sculpture of the mothers (all “Warriors in the Wind” sculptures) created by Allen and Patty Eckman. Plus, images of another one-half, life-size “Warriors in the Wind” Allen did titled, “Pride of the Sioux”. Allen also took the photo of the sunset at his Black Hills home near Rapid City, South Dakota. This special print is signed and numbered, and printed on archival photo paper with archival inks.
