Description: A mother is handed a baby doll from her young daughter. It will be tied tightly into in the toy cradleboard the mother is holding. On her back is the mother’s youngest child, in her real cradleboard. “A Mother’s Legacy” is a one-third life-size Patty created for the Heart of the West Show, at the Cowgirl Hall of Fame Museum, in Fort Worth, Texas. The piece won the Artist’s Choice Award. The Booth Western Art Museum in Cartersville, Georgia won the bid for acquisition for their permanent collection. This print is a ”triptic” style print, much like the “Dedication Trio” print (three angles of the same piece in one photo print). This is a limited edition available in two sizes, to give the collector a choice. The print is produced on archival photo paper using archival inks. It is signed and numbered by the artist.
