This dramatic piece is different than the iconic “End of the Trail” that James Earle Fraser created in 1915. “Trails End Wind” features differences such as more detail; the pose is different and the horse’s and rider’s heads are turned away from the wind; and the wind is coming from the right side not the back.
This large 1/3 life-size freestanding bronze is 34″ high, 28″ long, and 14″ wide presented on a beautiful walnut base.
